Bought a house and needed to upgrade the boiler to a combi. We had no idea where to start. We called Imperial Maintenance following a recommendation, and they promptly popped round and explained everything. We felt really happy with the explanation, price, and overall impression. The installation was completed in one day by the engineers. The water tanks were removed along with the old gas pipes, with no mess whatsoever. The boiler was moved from its original position, and it looks so much neater and tidier—far better than I had expected. They also noticed that the old boiler flue point didn't meet regulations, so they are coming back to fix this issue. A very happy customer and will definitely be using them again.

Our boiler stopped giving hot water on a Sunday evening. I rang Imperial Maintenance and an engineer was with us within four hours. The diverter valve had failed, he had the part on the van and fixed it there and then. He explained everything clearly and the price was exactly what we were quoted. Very happy.

My boiler showed an error code and the heating shut off in the middle of winter. The engineer from Imperial Maintenance came the same day, found a faulty pump, replaced it and explained what had gone wrong. He was patient with all our questions and left everything clean.

Imperial Maintenance are great, always quick and dependable. I don't bother with anyone else. Bought and installed our boiler through Imperial Maintenance, we get it serviced yearly, the occasional system flushed when needed, we have also done plenty of pipework (we have wet underfloor heating) Luckily I never worry about them retiring and me having to find someone else.

The team did an amazing job on my boiler. The condensate pipe had frozen overnight and the boiler had shut down. They thawed it, re-routed the pipe so it won't freeze again and cleaned up very well. Really recommend them.
